He has held influential positions in both industry and consulting roles with prominent organizations, including M.R.S Oil and Gas Limited, A.A Rano, and OVH Energy Limited. He is currently the Executive Vice President, Downstream of NNPC Limited.

He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Arden University, UK. In addition, Dr. Mumuni is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the UK, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and leadership.

Additionally, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business and Management in Geneva. His education is complemented by specialized training in management consulting, strategic leadership, and project management.
