The ARDA Regulation Workgroup serves to work with Members, sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure that all obligations related to regulatory compliance are maintained across their respective business operations. The Workgroup also serves to align control objectives that stem from regulations and legislation with business objectives to ensure improved overall business performance.

The Workgroup is dedicated to:

• Supporting Members and other stakeholders to ensure all regulatory compliance obligations are met
• Promoting regulatory compliance management systems with internal controls and other preventative and corrective measures
• Focus areas include air quality, wastewater discharge, etc.
