Adil Malih is an Associate Partner in the Dubai office of McKinsey & Company. He brings over 14+ years of experience in the Downstream industry, working on topics such as strategy, investments & transformation.

The recent experience focuses on transforming the operational performance of leading downstream companies through investments, operational excellence, sustainability and digital levers.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Adil worked with Shell as a flow assurance engineer on various field development projects in Western Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Adil holds a MSc in Civil and Offshore Engineering from the University of Technology Delft in the Netherlands
