Mr. Zakaria Dosso is the Managing Director of the Africa Energy Investment Corporation (AEICORP), the financial and investment arm of APPO (African Petroleum Producers' Organization).

Through his institution, he leads the mobilization of contributions from APPO Members for the capitalization of the Africa Energy Bank (AEB). He played a key role in the negotiations with Afreximbank that resulted in the establishment of the Africa Energy Bank (AEB), a result of the partnership between APPO and Afreximbank.
