Yvon Didier MANGALA DOWE is currently Head of the Product Movement Department at SOGARA since 2018 and he has previously held various positions since 1993 to date such as Operator, Dispatch Controller, Head of Operations Section, etc.

Yvon Didier has several diplomas and company training in maritime transport, product standards and specifications, product refining techniques, processes & metrology as well as from the French Petroleum Institute (IFP).
