Setsoafia K. Agbenoto is a Chemical Engineer by profession and currently serves as Director of Quality Assurance at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) of Ghana. He leads regulatory oversight of fuel specification compliance, laboratory verification systems, product traceability mechanisms, and downstream surveillance operations across the petroleum value chain.

His work focuses on strengthening enforcement architecture, advancing fuel quality standards, and safeguarding market integrity. He contributes to regional policy discussions on fuel specification harmonisation and environmental compliance, and represents the Chief Executive of the NPA at ARDA Week 2026.
