Rick has more than 25 years’ experience in Aviation Fuel related project design and execution, facility commissioning, airport operations and safety. A dynamic specialist with expertise in Into-plane refuelling, airport storage, pipelines, and terminal storage management. He also has practical experience in JIG and IATA fuel handling auditing and compliance. He has managed aviation and ground fuels projects, airport operations across diverse regions. He also possesses a proven ability in delivering innovative programs for safety and efficiency enhancement. Current activities include working as the drafting contractor for the next update to EI/JIG 1530
