Raphaël Souanga Kouamé began his professional career at SIR in 1995.

After holding various positions as Engineer, Service Manager, and Department Head in the Technical and Production sectors, he became SIR's Technical and Strategy Director in 2019, a position he will hold until the end of 2022.

In 2023, he became SIR's Director of Development and Energy Transition, a position he holds to this day. He currently has 28 years of service at SIR.

Raphaël Souanga Koume is a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute of Yamoussoukro (Côte d'Ivoire) and the École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs (France).
