Pascal MANUELLI STARTED his career at TotalEnergies at the GONFREVILLE research center (76) as head of the mass spectrometry laboratory and then the gas chromatography and environment laboratory. At the time he participated in many projects both on the refining side (deep desulfurization of distillates) but also in terms of product development (fuels, lubricants,...).

In 2005, he joined the Research Department in Paris where he managed all fuels, engines and fuel/engine matching research programs. In this capacity, he supports all of the Group's developments in terms of biofuels.

In 2012, he was appointed Head of the Petroleum Products Marketing Department, responsible for Total's Major Products Marketing Policy, then joined the Marketing Strategy Department of the Marketing and Services branch where he held various positions before being appointed in 2016 Regulatory Director, Advocacy & Representation.

In parallel and since 2005 he chairs the French commission for the standardization of petroleum products within the National Bureau of Petroleum (AFNOR-BNPé). In this capacity, he represents the France in European fuel standardization bodies. For more than 10 years now, Fr. Manuelli has also contributed to the work of ARDA and its work groups.
