Marina is Vice President and General Manager of Services at Honeywell UOP. In her nearly 30 years with UOP, she has held positions in research and development, project sales, engineering, services, and business management. Over the course of her career Marina has been recognised for delivering value to customers by strategically aligning products and technologies to the dynamic needs of the energy sector.

Prior to her current role Marina served as Senior Director of Engineering, where she led a global organisation of 700 engineers, driving technical and operational excellence while fostering a culture of innovation and talent development.

Marina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
