Luis has a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and operational optimization across global markets such as Spain, Argentina, Peru, Singapore, and the United States. He currently serves as Senior Originator for middle distillates, naphtha, and gasolines at Repsol Trading, where he leads commercial initiatives and market expansion strategies.
