Kelly Seibert is the Vice President of Honeywell UOP’s Refining business, based in Rosemont, Illinois. The Refining business is accountable for all licensing, engineering, catalyst, adsorbent, and equipment projects, along with new product development, and customer co-innovation activities.

Kelly joined Honeywell UOP in 1992. Kelly has held positions in Research & Development, Technical Services, Project Sales, and Engineering.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Kelly has authored and coauthored multiple industry papers and has been awarded five US patents, primarily related to refining process unit design.
