Joakim Soares Kiteculo is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Refining & Petrochimical Business Unit at SONANGOL.

He has a career spanning more than 35 years, including 30 at SONANGOL in different positions in operating infrastructure as well as managing projects with a very strong expertise.

He has been undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering at the university of Luanda, He had a MSc, and MSc Portoflio & program Management Project at George Washington University USA .

2012 – 2014, He got an MBA at the Imperial College of London, 2018 – 2019: Certificate of Management Excellence as well as from 2021 to 2022 leading Global Business Program Certificate (LGB) at Havard Business school Boston USA, (LGB)
