Jean Louis FOSSO is a seasoned professional in the oil industry, with over 23 years of experience within the BOCOM Group. A Cameroonian national, married and a father, he joined the group in 2002 and has steadily risen through the ranks thanks to his leadership skills, discipline, and strategic vision.

He began his career as Sales Manager and then Commercial Director at BOCOM International (2002–2012), before being appointed Managing Director of the SOTRADA subsidiary in Chad (2012–2014). He later served as Executive Assistant to the Group’s CEO (2015–2016), then as Deputy Managing Director of BOCOM International-CONGO in Pointe-Noire (2016–2017).

From 2018 to 2025, he led the LPG and Lubricants business as Deputy Managing Director of BOCOM Petroleum. Since September 1, 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Managing Director in charge of White Products, overseeing a network of more than 80 service stations.

A trusted associate of CEO Dr. BOUGNE DIEUDONNÉ, Mr. FOSSO is recognized for his contribution to the development and promotion of the BOCOM GAZ and BOCOM Lubricants brands, notably through the establishment of several filling centers across Cameroon.
