Appointed General Director of the Companhia do Pipeline Moçambique-Zimbabwe (CPMZ) at a pivotal moment, she is currently leading the expansion of the pipeline to 5 million cubic meters — a strategic initiative that strengthens regional energy security and positions the Beira Corridor as a critical energy gateway to Zimbabwe and the hinterland. Elsie is recognised for elevating governance standards, embedding operational discipline and building high-performance leadership cultures in complex, cross-border environments.
