Dan leads the Tracking Sustainable Transitions unit within the World Energy Outlook, which covers the agencies work on electricity and clean cooking access, policy tracking, energy employment, and energy sector resilience. In addition, he leads much of the agency’s analytical engagement with African countries on long-term energy and access planning.
