Armand ATTE graduated from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts - IHIE of Picardy in 1999, option Master HSEQ, graduated from the University of Picardy Jules VERNE in 1998, Master of Science - Technical and graduated from the University of Science and Technology of Lille 1 in 1994, university degree in science and technology.
Mr. Armand ATTE has a wealth of professional experience in the QHSE fields both at the SIR level and in his postings to TOTAL Exploration /Production as HSE manager of the TEP-CI subsidiary as well as with the international firm ERM-France as coordinator of the SIR hazard studies project.
He has also been a Security Auditor accredited by the international organization DNV-GL since 2006 and has been involved in several audits in both African and European countries. Its references are multiple such as the development of HSE repositories, training, hazard studies and many others.
