Our annual ARDA Week conference is the premier event for Africa’s downstream oil and energy sector and this year mark’s our 20^th anniversary.

Join us at the Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, from 13-17 April 2026 and connect with major stakeholders who are shaping the continent’s energy future.

Register online for ARDA Week 2026

1. You require an ‘Access Code’ to register for ARDA Week 2026. If your company is an ARDA member or sponsor, a representative from your organisation will have received your code by email.

2. If you aren’t a current sponsor or member, or you haven’t received an access code but would like to attend, please contact ARDA’s IT & Communication Manager, Jean-Marie Dervain by email: webmaster@afrra.org or by phone: +225 0584049604.

3. Once you have your access code, click this link to register for ARDA Week 2026 via the Eventbrite platform.

4. Once you have arrived on the ARDA Week 2026 Eventbrite page, click the ‘Reserve a spot’ button to register one or more delegates.

5. You’ll then be asked to submit your access code.

6. Your access code is valid for a fixed number of delegate registrations depending on your membership or sponsor status. Once you’ve submitted your code, set the number of passes you’d like to register for your organisation using the blue ‘+’ button, select the language you’d like to continue the registration process with and click ‘Register’.

7. On the next window, you’ll be asked to confirm your contact information – you have 20 minutes to do this. Please fill in your first name, surname and email address here.

8. Now, you’ll be asked to confirm your job title, your company name and whether you’re interested in attending our workshops. If you have requested more than 1 pass to ARDA Week, you will need to fill out the information for each of the delegates who will attend.

9. Once you have finished filling out the information, click ‘Complete Order’

10. You’ll then receive confirmation of your order on screen and an email will be sent to the address that you registered with. If you have registered other attendees, they will also receive a confirmation email.

11. If you click ‘Take me to my tickets’ you’ll be sent to a new page where you can download a QR code for this event. PLEASE NOTE: You are not required to bring this QR code with you to the event but feel free to download it for your own records.
