Mr. Soro Tiotioho has been the Chief Executive Officer of SIR since August 6, 2021. Previously Director of Human Resources and Administration, he has a total of 36 years of experience at SIR.

A graduate engineer from the prestigious National Higher Institute of Technical Education (INSET) of Yamoussoukro in 1990, he joined SIR as a Process Monitoring Engineer in the Technical Department, in charge of Hydroskimming and DHC units.

Over the years, he climbed the ranks, working across various refinery departments, and became Production Director from February 2012 to December 2014. In this role, he was responsible for refinery operations and maintenance, as well as associated facilities.

In January 2015, he became Director of Human Resources and Administration at SIR.

Holding an engineering degree from INSET with a specialization in energy, Mr. Soro Tiotioho is skilled in multiple areas: organizational management, refining consultancy, operational management, negotiation and conflict management, and human resources consulting. He is also an expert in personal development methods.

He is a seasoned expert in refining and its entire ecosystem, and has been leading SIR for the past five years.
