Mr Joel Steven ROMBA is an Industrial Engineer specialising in Electromechanics, with a Master’s degree in Energy, focusing on Energy Conversion and Electrical Systems.

He has been working at PETROCI since 2008, holding various positions of responsibility, including Production Manager of the LPG Cylinder Manufacturing and Requalification Plant, intended to be the first of its kind in Côte d’Ivoire. In 2014, he was responsible for procurement, pumping, and inventory management. With seven years of experience in petroleum logistics, he was promoted in 2021 to Head of the Production and Logistics Department at the Engineering and Logistics Directorate of PETROCI Holding.

Trained in petroleum industry safety practices as well as QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) requirements applicable to factories and the operation of petroleum and chemical depots at IFP France, Joel participates in strategic projects for PETROCI and, by extension, for the Ivorian state.
