Société Ivoirienne de Raffinage (SIR)

With a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Corporate Careers and a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies (DESS) in Business Law, Mrs. Tatiana Kone-Bombo joined the SIR in February 2000 as a Legal Executive and manages the legal activities of the SIR and those of its affiliated structures. In 2004, she became Legal and Insurance Manager, then became Human Resources Management Manager in 2014, helping to develop and consolidate the Company's HR strategy. Mrs. Kone-Bombo affirms her plural nature by obtaining a Certificate of Expertise in Gender Engineering in 2018. Since January 2023, she has held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration of the SIR as well as President of the Board of Directors of the Mutual Society of the Ivorian Refining Company. She has a total of 25 years of service at the SIR.
