Basically, Daouda Kebe is an Industrial Chemistry Engineer/Process Engineering at the Algerian Petroleum Institute. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the refining oil industry and had many position in the refinery SAR where currently, he is the Technical Director at the African Refining Society (SAR) in Dakar, Senegal.

He is also the ARDA Leader of the work group Refining and specifications.
